Having never done any formal marketing before, Rostrons chartered accountants wanted to build a robust platform on which to build their business growth plans. They engaged us to initially look at the business using our Marketing CSI process which helped them to get to grips with their business objectives. We then built a programme of activities to deliver over 12 months including a brand refresh, a new welcome pack for clients, PR, the setting up of a sponsored column in the EDP and the build of a new web site.
