We were commissioned to review the existing Big Sky Development business and brand and create a brand proposition that would position it as a mid-range, high quality property developer. Using our 5i process we investigated the Big Sky offering and the competitive marketplace in which it operated to come up with a powerful new brand identity and strapline and proposition including values, customer promise and personality.

We also designed a completely new website that would be able to showcase each of its developments and produced a sales brochure for its prestigious St Giles Park development.
